Wonderful Quilt Experience day

I visited 3 quilt stores today for the MN shop hop and yes Minnesota is where I live. The 16 days of the hop are so much fun. For every section of the state you finish there is a prize and if you finish them all there are several big drawing. I hope to visit the stores in 3 sections and a couple of stores in other sections because they have fun rows for the Row by Row experience. On one of the county roads the google maps took me I saw an absolutely beautiful old cemetery with 4' tall stone walls surrounding it. Wish I had been in a good place to take a photo.
Enjoyed a lovely little mini sandwich at Arby's for lunch and then late afternoon I splurged on a mini blizzard with berries and bananas in it. I bought a pretty quilt kit and a couple of little pieces for baby quilts but that was all. No big spending.
1. One of the clerks in the last store I visited remembered me as being there before for hops and the row by row. Felt like a really nice hug since it is not a quilt store I stop at usually.
2. Rearranged my sewing room in my head so my embroidery machine would be easier to use...going to try to move that tomorrow.
3. Called my son to ask a technical question and he's probably still laughing at me. But he did answer me.
My plan is to stay in tomorrow and attempt to move that one machine to a better spot in my room and to clean the living room. Don't have any idea how that will all go because I'm pretty tired after my 225 miles of driving today.
