I say that to myself all the time.

I've been on and off again with my "5 perfect days in a row" challenge. I work for 5 days of staying within calorie range, exercise, water. Not too hard, right? I did really well, 11 pounds down.

Things got hectic and as usual, I haven't stuck to it. So here I am, dreading the scale. I haven't weighed and I haven't tracked. Water hasn't even been that great.

I am working hard today and the rest of the week to make this happen.

I am not working out this week because I am a total spazz!

I was painting Monday night, listening to music, just happy. I moved to get more paint, and I hit my easel with my right foot and heard a crack! Yep, broke my next to tiny toe! AGAIN!

I am so clumsy! I was not drinking. Just painting. Just being me.

I won't be on the treadmill this week. Maybe next week. I am not new to the broken toe thing. I've broken several. I just walk into things. I mean, I am awful. Once I was in the waiting room at Toyota reading, the called my name, I got up and walked right into the trash can! A big metal trash can.

79 days until Halloween. I have a goal to be down 20 pounds by then. It's still possible if I work really hard!

    OUCH! I can relate!! We are so alike, I broke the toe next to my pinky toe this summer. Walking thru the livingroom, I walked into the leg of the chair. It turned BLACK. I prayed it didn't fall off and it didn't. BAHAHAHA.

    Stick to good foods! You'll do fine. I've not been stellar lately, but I'm always striving.

    I can totally relate. I am clumsy and my toes are on the front line. I try to always wear shoes now but I forget sometimes and then I have another injured toe. Good luck on the weight loss. I also need to get some weight off.............. NOW.

    If you can't do anything like walking/running, etc, then just do upper body and core workouts :) you can do it!
