Friday night update

I started going out for walks, not every nights but often! I also wasn't super tempted to eat chips and junkfood lately, I came to the realization that nothing will change if i don't stop the harful behaviors. So there's that! :)
I sure am on some plateau though, it's like my body doesn't remember how to lose weight! The scale even went up, i seem to have more belly fat and more cellulite than ever.. I try not to get discouraged by that, so far i'm hanging on! My diet has been all over the place, though. I always eat the same things, not enough diversity and not enough veggies. Not ideal for a vegan ;) So i will slowly but mindfully work on that, buying better food and maybe i'll try to calculate my calories again.
I'm hopeful but from here, it seems like a lot of work. I know it's worth it, in time, and i'll try to learn how to have fun doing it.
how are you guys doing? How do you kickstart things and wake you body up? :)
