Woke up feeling perky this morning. First time in a very long time. Feels great!!!
Hubby looked at me like who are you and what did you do with my wife. LOL
Blood sugar was 125 this morning. Getting better and better.
Made a scrambled omelet this morning with lots of spinach and a little goat cheese.
Poor hubby, not his favorite so I made him a small piece of sausage to go with it.
NO SAUSAGE FOR ME. Read the label and said no way I was eating that much fat.
Already humid outside so another one exercising inside. That's OK I know how to make that work. Dance aerobics, yoga, and hand weights.
