Missed a couple of days in my entries. Weekends are always busy for me. I will say right off that I am down 10 lbs.

I will have to say that the hardest part of all this is the planning of meals. before planning meals was easy, but now with having to eat more times and fewer amounts, it's a challenge to come up with ideas and getting it all in. You are not supposed to eat anything 3-4 hours before bed.
