Planning, Timing, and new commitment

I've been on the go all week this week and have not prepared as well as I should have. So the rest of the week is going to be better planned out.
1 Today to prevent MIL from taking us out to eat at a fast food place, I'm planning on us going to town AFTER lunch not before.
2 Supper will be prepared this morning at the same time I prepare lunch to prevent the need to grab fast eats.
3 Change my eve. snack to V-8 juice or a small protein to help my blood sugar
4 Exercise early so I don't have time to make excuses.
5 Don't skip logging in my food even if I'm bad. Knowing what I did wrong will help me make better choices.
6 And Take time to do something each day for me.
