Progress So Far

Since July 1st
I have cut down on my junk food consumption.
I have lost 14 pounds.
I have started taking a mulitivitamin because my regular iron and calcium intake is VERY low.
I have exercised nearly every day.
I have pulled out my skinny jeans and put them in my regular clothes.
I have taken responsibility for myself again.
That's a lot to have accomplished in 64 days.
