The Evolution of My Diet

I’ve been a Sparker for many years. Over that time I’ve lost 34 lbs. Yes, I lose slowly. For the most part I’ve tracked my food. I tried Weight Watchers, Intermittent Fasting and Low Carb. Somewhere along my journey I was diagnosed with heart disease and had an angioplasty and stent.
For this health reason I am now transitioning to Whole Foods Plant Based. This is based on research that animal proteins, fat and dairy are major contributors to heart disease.
I am happy with this way of eating and plan to continue for several months. After less than a week I have lots of energy and haven’t felt this good in a while.
