September to the end of december

I'm trying to find a challenge or a team for some kind of bootcamp - last stretch of 2019, i can't seem to find any?! Do you know one?

I know it's super cliché to set goals for the new year.. it's not exactly what i'm doing since i'm gonna continue my journey to health and weight loss after that as well ;)

BUT! I would very much like to lose 5 lbs per month till new year. Per month, it's reasonable! And it shouldn't be *too* hard since i've been pretty inactive for some time, now. When i kickstarted in the past it gave me good results.. but i'm older now, we'll see.

I weighted at 184lbs this morning, it's too much for my comfort. I'm not well in my body. I am not super attached to the 5 lbs per month result, but i'll aim at it. I will try to keep it in mind when it's time to resist bad choices :)

    5% is a fun one, for sure. I think a lot of people have results with BLC, but I've never done that one, and I don't know when it starts.

    The Beck SparkTeam is also having a reboot of reading and "doing" the book in October. The book is EXCELLENT if you haven't read it. A lot of the people on SP in maintenance I've noticed used The Beck Diet Solution. Highly recommend.

    I am a member of the 5% weight loss group. There are several teams but mine is the Shooting Stars. It's a lot of fun but we have chores to do to make points that helps toward our simulated goals and badges when we do well. Coach Nicole also has a 28 day boot camp video or on SP that you can check out also. Go under community and then challenges to get list of them and what they do. There should be something for everybody.
