Still Eating Healthy

And many of you were right. It is helping me feel good.

However, besides One bars, which are oddly too sweet, I don't know what else to snack on. Those of you on the Keto diet or Whole 30 or diabetics, what do you snack on?

I think my body misses carbs, so today, I had half a piece of bread with breakfast.

    I have been on keto for over five months now and I really love it. Have been losing and am not hungry all the time. I keep hard cooked eggs in the fridge if I am hungry, but not often, also macadamia nuts.... I measure them out. And pork rinds, and after dinner have a cup of unsweetened jello with a dab of whip cream on top. As for eating some bread, I make keto rolls and it is SO low in carbs. I always have them on hand. Have you heard of Diet Doctor---as that is where I began to learn. There are tons of videos and you can join free for I think one month. There are also lots of success stories there. If I can help in any way, let me know.

    Being diabetic and doing keto, I snack on pork rinds, pistachios 1/4 cup only, walnuts, beef sticks, cheese, I save my dessert for my snack, which is usually fresh cut strawberries and whip cream (makes me feel so guilty eating this) or I just might pick on some raw veggies and dressing. All depends. Snacking is not so much a thing anymore. I've been doing this LCHF (keto) for about a month and I don't desire anything at night anymore. I'm not saying always but for the most part, I usually don't have cravings. Also, I'm now starting to do IF (intermittent fasting) I'm hoping that will help move the weight faster.

    I am learning to bake more and make keto desserts. I made a strawberry cheesecake that was quite good. Not like the regular, but then again this was well within carb limit. One piece and whip cream on top. Hmmm, think I'll have to make another.
