Mud is all gone

Tuesday, September 17, 2019

All my clothes from the weekend, my shoes and the car have all been washed. It was amazing the difference in the car. The doors were mud crusted all the way up to the windows.

I did work on the ice cream quilt some today but it was beyond hot out and even moving around in the house felt warm. At least when we sat outside to watch the crazies across the street there was a pretty brisk wind. I started a new book this morning and am finding it very fun to read. I always enjoy historical novels.

But of course I wore out really fast. Took Buck for a little walk before I left for town and made him stay home since it was already almost 80,.

Thank fulls
1. Fresh green beans.
2. I posted the 4 extra kits I bought at one store sold all those and have orders for 3 more. Kind of fun.
3. Don't mind the noises so much it's the back up beepers on those big trucks

I will have to go to the post office again tomorrow because I have 3 more packages to mailbut that is the only place I'm going. Then I'm going to get the top 2/3 of this quilt together.

I bet your glad you got those muddy things cleaned up, nice and spiffy again. It was surely hot here again today, the temp. wad 96 and it felt warmer with the darn dew point.

Good that you got everything clean and shiny. We missed all the rain but it sounds like tonight it will be at our doorstep. Too hot and humid for me to be out in it.
