I guess it's not that bad

My goals and my lifestyle are set to a two pound a week loss. I've been averaging about one pound per week...and I'm trying to keep looking on the bright side. Once in a while, I give in to a pout that the math isn't adding up with my numbers but I keep plugging away.
I'm down just over 17 pounds since July 1st. If I keep going at this rate then I could be down 11 more pounds before our next trip to the States. I was hoping to be down 40 pounds by then but 28 is certainly better than staying the same!
