How did THAT happen?!? 130lbs Gone!

I have been battling the scale as usual, the same range, up and down, up and down. After awhile, you either stop stepping on or find a balance of weighing in to avoid the madness. Over 6 weeks ago, yep, got another injury. Fortunately I am able to run but I expierence pain from just walking and even getting dressed. I stopped my marathon training and got into PT hoping it would help. I am still not pain free and the "referenced pain" (side effect) keeps moving. We think all 4 or 5 of us think we have narrowed down the actual issue but need an MRI to pin point if it is correct or not. I only bring all of this up because in 2016, that running injury took me back into the dark hell of horrible eating tendancies. I have fought to avoid that this time around.
Even though I shut my marathon training down, I kept doing races, mostly half marathons. The motion of running for me is different than my walking motion. Despite no training I have been pretty much running a half marathon every weekend since July 28th, even PR'd! Finished half marathon #27 yesterday and I calculated that my running season will end with my 30th half on October 12th.
With all of those noted frustrations and some achievements, I stopped worrying so much about the scale and mentaly said, "Screw it." Somehow, with letting myself have a candy bar here and there, eating a lot of protein and racing, I jumped onto the scale this morning....
