I Have Made Some Changes

Well, since my last blog I have joined a gym and have started taking Tai Chi lessons. I also do some working out at home. I have definitely increased my strength training and I found I actually like it. My progress is slow and I must admit it is frustrating me quite a bit. I won't give up though. Here are pictures I took today, although I am probably the only person who sees the difference.
I will keep working on my weight and continue my strength training. I will check in in a couple of months
