Little Victories and Little Frustrations

-Last night I did a killer at home workout. It was 24 minutes, every minute you change the movement - Lunges, stationary bike, squats. So 8 minutes of each movement total. It was definitely LEG DAY!
-I drank alcohol (but not a lot), AND I tracked it and stayed within my calories for the day! After my second glass of wine, I corked up the bottle, cleaned the glass, put it away and didn't think about it for the rest of the night!
-My gym is closed tonight. They post the workout daily and I always check it during my work day. I came to work all prepared to go directly to the gym afterwards. When I went to check the workout, I was greeted by this:
I guess I'll turn lemons in to lemonade and program a few workouts at home! I'm not messing up my 5 days of fitness this week because of this! I already have 3 in for the week!
Twenty-nine days to Hawaii! Ten lbs to go!
