October goals

So somehow I missed September...

Try to stay in my 50-20-30 range all the time.

emoticon Keep incorporating fruit at breakfast when we have enough.
emoticon KEEP TRACK OF HOW i am meeting these goals each day. Continue to track water, food, exercise right away.

emoticon Read at least 20 minutes a day

emoticon Go to gym 5-6 days a week.

    Looks like a great plan Mary !!
    I like to use a Habit Tracker. It's one sheet that you can print out for month and see at a glance how you are doing with meeting goals. Here's an example of one I like, in case you want to try it.
