Eating on a timely basis

Today's spark challenge is to blog about eating on a regularly timed basis - every 3-4 hrs. I normally plan my meals and snacks like this and find it very helpful to me. I find I am less likely to look to mindlessly much especially when I plan snacks high in protein and fiber. Greek yogurt, walnuts and fruit are some of my favorite snacks. I even plan a small snack in the evening, within my calorie range as we eat dinner early and I am usually hungry later on.
