Weekly Goals - Improvement Is My Motivation

emoticon Happy Sunday! This week I plan to focus on improvement & motivation.

Here's my weekly goals:

1. Exercise 60 - 90 minutes per day.
2. Daily Steps at least 11,000 per day.
3. Sleep 6 - 7 hours per night.
4. Eat 3 to 5 servings of fruits & veggies per day.
