A few reminders have gotten me back on track.

So October 1st we started a new month. I am going into the month with a different mind set. I am working on focus and patience. Here are a few list that I have been focusing on daily. Seems to really be helping me for I have been staying on track.

A great reminder on what to do to get back on track


respecting me & my body with daily self care.


Making a list of healthy wise choices for the grocery store.
Logging my food....keeping track of calories, carbs. & so on.


Filling up on the veggies and fruits.
Eating these gives me the minerals & vitamins I need.


Keeping a healthy mindset, and moving every day even if it's not moving mountains.
Some days a lot, some days a little, but I am moving everyday!

These are just some of the things that are helping me get back on track to a Healthy Happy Lifestyle. Just after 8 days I am starting to feel better because of these small changes.
