Work Vs working out

I work in a busy hospital and it's so hard working out on the days I work. I either give myself insomnia from doing HIIT training after work or have to get up at 350am to get a good workout in. On my days off I'm either super busy with other things or too exhausted for anything. Mind you I work at 2 different hospitals. Does someone have any advice.
