I have been trying to write this for over a week but not managed it!
I did achieve my target weight at Weigh In last Tuesday after eating very sensibly for a week or 10 days. I was very pleased but sadly I didn't stay sensible and ate too many treats that I had missed out for those 10 days I think.
I weighed myself today and although I had rice twice yesterday so it was going to be high, it really was. The scales are not the only thing noticeable though, my bra is less comfortable and I can feel my thighs larger than usual. Yes it has been my Time of the Month too so that could be another excuse sadly!
Realistically I know I need to get back onto my plan to stop kidding myself and remind myself I want to be healthy.

I want to get back to a Healthier lifestyle than this last week. I want to do some exercise every day (already been for a 25 min walk), to avoid too many goodies and to follow my eating plan and write it all down (my food diary has been written in today already).
I want to maintain a healthy weight. live a long life and enjoy time with my dh. I will continue to maintain my food diary because I want it and this is a very good tool for following my food plan. I agree I am prepared to put the work in because I really want it!
I am grateful for my job which suits my Mum In Law and all my family
I am very grateful she slept through the night last night
I am very grateful for my husband and my children and of course my parents and siblings too.
I am very grateful to my friends and groups I belong to here on Spark.
