Hey there! Long time no chat! Wow, things have been crazy busy. I am now working 4-10s at work so I have little time to squeeze in blogging during the week and I've never been very good about it on the weekends. I am thinking I should shoot for at least blogging on my extra day off (Fridays) as a morning routine. I'll add that to my planner!
In other news, not much is happening. I am running, I am sore, I am tired, I am not losing weight nor gaining. Pretty much ho'hum. BUT! My friend Kristen (krissyswim16) has asked me to do a challenge with her. The one she found was too intense for me (look up 75 Hard - eek!), but I agreed to a softer, more doable in the long term challenge. We're each going to come up with 4 goals for ourselves for the next 90 days. We'll have check points where we can reevaluate our goals at 7, 30, and 60 days. We're starting on Tuesday. Some ideas I've had:
100 ounces of water per day
Exercise every day (or run 1 mile per day)
Write in a gratitude journal every day
I still need some sort of nutrition/diet goal. I am thinking "no sugar" sounds good but the holidays are coming up! Yes, it is supposed to be hard and challenging but I tend to rebel when I feel forced to do something that I don't actually want to do (like skipping the pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving!) so I have to think about what it is I actually want.
