A Good Start

I woke up today with plans to eat healthy. I am doing a low carb day. I started the day out with two eggs cooked without butter or oil. I skipped coffee as I like that with cream. I plan to have a nice salad for lunch with some roast beef. I am not eating any bread or pasta.
I love fruit but am going to just have a
little canned pineapple for desert after dinner. Dinner tonight will be baked chicken wings and a salad.
I think planning my meals is a good way to start the day.
