I have different goals for different areas of my life, and I share those goals as appropriate.
I think I probably share a large proportion of my goals here on Spark People actually!
I have running goals - a half-marathon is my next goal (in December) - I'm working towards this
I have work goals - I'm gradually reducing my hours of work over the next two years, and passing on skills to my successors
I have administrative goals - I want to have a pre-paid funeral plan; I have a plan for this.
I want to take a Buddhist exam next year - which means studying over the winter months
I want to keep my weight at a healthy level - I take action on this every day
I want to stay well - and I take action on this every day; I'm learning some exercise routines that suit my personality and lifestyle
I don't have any big goals to travel or go on cruises or things like that. I'm happy just to be healthy and happy right where I am.
I want to get some cosy flooring for my flat - I am starting with the hall area
I want to keep my relationships flourishing and am willing to put my energy into that
I want to get swimming back into my routine - that's something I need to make a plan for as it's not happening, same with my bicycle which doesn't come out of the shed often enough.
My goal is to always keep learning and improving.
