New Year New Me

I know the new year for most starts on January 1. I’m always waiting for the perfect day to start. Well new year new me starts today.
Things to accomplish this year:
1. Daily drink half my weight in water. Right now that is 104 oz.
2. Move. For an hour a day to start. It doesn’t have to be all at 1 time.
3. Think positive. Ask God for help and stop negative talk/thoughts when they start.
4. Eat healthy to help me be strong. There are no good or bad foods.
5. Give God his glory.

All that being said I’m getting up to weigh myself.

Walk the dogs
1st long term goal. Walk a half marathon this year by October 20, 2020.
