Still kicking and Forks Over Knives Food Plan

I had a ton of tests done, got a second opinion from a Doctor at Univ of Penn, saw an infectious disease Doctor and had more tests. Nothing has grown. I still have no symptoms. Oncologist said it may be a rare, slow growing cancer or sarcoidosis. I have no symptoms of either. I go back for another CT in 6 months.
One of my friends knows someone who had clusters of spots, and found out it was from cleaning horse stalls. I lived on a horse farm for five years (age 10-15). I’m wondering if I caught something way back then and didn’t know it. I’m going to talk to my infectious disease Doctor.
I’m moving on and not worrying about it. I crossed every avenue I can think of.
So, I have been on the Forks Over Knives Food Plan (plus fish) for 11 months. I lost 20 pounds. It’s very easy to follow and doesn’t require tracking. My Doctor is very happy with my blood work, and, who knows, maybe it has adverted something else!
My energy level is great, and it’s super easy to follow.
It’s a vegetarian diet, no white flour, no white rice, can have brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, no dairy, no eggs, no processed foods. I do eat fish.
I originally started it last November because every morning, when I woke up, my stomach - under my ribs - felt bloated. Not sure what it was that I took out of my diet, but, it worked!
I regard Forks Over Knives as a food plan. It is not a “diet”. It’s choosing foods that help to fuel my body.
