Stall Progress and 285 Days Until AUG 3 2020

As promised! A stall pic update!
Also as stated; I hit the elliptical twice yesterday,
once was only for 10 minutes while dinner was in the oven
and then later in the night for 20 minutes


Worked with horses yesterday. Doing the same today & also teaching a riding lesson to a friend.

Had a fabulous day yesterday until the night time. I think the extra working out kicked in extra hunger--- any tips to deal with that? Even after all the tips I KNOW that I just typed yesterday.....I bombed last night on the late night snacking..... emoticon

THOUGH I was still under 1500 calories if you subtract the working out???? emoticon


Ahhhhh well, finding one's balance is never without a little swaying back and forth- I'm not seeking perfection, I'm seeking progression.

    You did great, under 1500, yes your body wants more nutrition. Go with a protein/fat to keep you fuller longer. At least that works for me. Nice job on all the exercise!!!
