So, the tip of the day is to list your goals. I’ll have to narrow mine down but ultimately, there’s 5.
Obtaining a healthy weight would enable me to do the major two which is raising my boys to adults and traveling with them. I want to see the world with my kids.
The book can be done along the way. It’s a mental work in progress and I need to put it on paper.
So, I ultimately want to lose 45 pounds. I’ll take it in smaller increments to try to get there.
To travel the world, we will take it one cruise at a time. I think cruising is the best way to travel and see so many different ports in many places-you can truly see the world this way. I want to see 6 continents with them. Antarctica would be a bonus at the end.
So, we have:
-Lose 45 pounds
-Raise good men
-See ports in Asia, Africa, South America, Australia and Europe. We have North America covered and Antarctica would be a bonus. I’d like to also see all 50 US states and Canada.
-Write a Book
-Own a Home
