November Goals

I lost 10 lbs. in October due to a medical issue. I am fine and feel great! However, I didn’t feel like cooking (I don’t like to cook anyway) or eating my usual size meals. I had to keep hydrated and it was a lot of water which made me feel full. I am still hydrating – I regularly do, but also eating smaller, healthier meals due to researching about how to help prevent kidney stones. I also walk to work almost every day. This is my November goal….keep the meals small and healthy and continue walking.
