Well October is gone and I realized i didn't realize focus well on my goals. I did go to the gym 4-5 days a week so that is good.
and i did track a lot.
This month i need to work on complaining/talk back to family and keep my junk food down.
Also i might modify the way i track my food-but going to wait til after the challenge i think...

    I didn't focus well either. I did join a gym and have been twice since I signed up a week ago. I'm dealing with soreness. The focus will come. One day at a time. I'm dealing with trash talking to myself. I am focusing on being nicer to myself. We can help each other.
