Well October is gone and I realized i didn't realize focus well on my goals. I did go to the gym 4-5 days a week so that is good.
and i did track a lot.
This month i need to work on complaining/talk back to family and keep my junk food down.
Also i might modify the way i track my food-but going to wait til after the challenge i think...
