This is the first day of a new month and I have come up with a few good goals to reach for this coming month
1. Walk for 30 minutes 6 times a week, do strength training for 10 minutes three times a week
2. Staying in my personal daily allotment of 1200 calories and tracking it
3. Spend time doing something creative like painting or coloring in adult coloring book at least 3x a week
4. Write daily in my journal
I think these small goals will be enough to work on daily, weekly and for the rest of the month.
