Meal Replacement - A New Streak?

We had a weekend of relaxation at our place in WA. Saturday we went shopping and in the evening watched a couple of movies. Sunday the puppy slept in so we could too. It's amazing how good I feel with enough sleep. Last night the kids stayed over so I made a hot breakfast but didn't eat it.
This morning I reminded myself of what I need to do to get/keep the scale moving in the right direction.
1) Breakfast daily - Natural Factors SlimStyle Meal Replacement Drink with PGX - a high-nutrition, low-calorie way to attain ideal weight (their words), or ISOFEMME Protein meal Replacement.
2) Daily PGX capsules (fiber) an hour before meals. It will promote satiety, curb food cravings and normalize appetite and metabolism (their words).
and hopefully the start of a new streak. I want to see how many days in a row I can do have a meal replacement for breakfast.
