Just imagine what we can all do. Each and every one of us has special talents and uses them to keep ourselves busy or help other people or even just to stay sane. if you can sew and want to quilt the easiest way in the world is utube....so much info on there. There is a lot of junk on there too but I always manage to find what I'm looking for.

No hair today maybe tomorrow. Hair lady has a bad cold. Oh well I can manage my own it's just I love the company when I go there and I take Buck. So instead I went to JoAnn's and got some more fabric for the wedding quilts and my special going to Willmar treat. I know a pizza isn't great food but I haven't had one from a chain in a long long time. I picked up the little lunch sized one with 4 square pieces. Enjoyed everyone one of those pieces today. Even shared some pepperoni with the cat.

This is what I found on my feet this morning. I wonder if Buck is warm enough curled up behind "fat cat". Her real name is Heckle but since she weighs 23 lbs...she has a nick name.

Thank fulls
1. family
2. old friends that call once or twice a year
3. note pads for lists. what ever would I do if there wasn't a list

Hope to get the 2nd block done tomorrow and then maybe play on the computer some more. Also need to clear off the dining room table because I need a big flat surface to finish another baby quilt.

You are SO right - each one of us IS gifted with special talents. Some folks have the creativity to quilt or paint, others to sing. Some are gifted at woodworking or car repair. And there are those who have the gift of making you feel welcome in their homes or have an open, listening ear. Whatever our talents we need to USE them because they ARE the difference in the world. I love that you share the gift of your quilting talents with others!

We had pizza at a pizzeria this past Wednesday with friends, it had been a while since going there.
I sure like those note pads too, always have a list going for things to do, grocery list of what we have run out of, so when I write a list for groceries, hopefully I don't forget what we ran out of.
Love the picture of Buck and Heckle, bet the two lying next to one another kept each other warm.
    You have a great weekend.
