i am doing better at mimimizing unhealth eating decisions. i ate a simple breakfast. i went to the grocery store and was so tempted. i wanted to buy truffles, stuff in the bakery, go to the coffee shop for a chocoate pb bar, or run out for mexican. i beat out of those temptations.
i had a late lunch. i had the munchies and did eat too much.i started filling a little over full so i stopped and put some food back. i then stayed full and did not eat again full supper.
