Holiday Meal Advice From ~Indygirl:
Wear something beautiful and form fitting so you feel good about yourself and don’t want to overeat. Mindset is everything!
•Drink 16 oz water before dinner/ between plates
•Eat an Apple 🍎 before dinner
•Fill up on Turkey, Fruit, Veggies, Plant Fats first then
•Have a bit of everything you like and nothing you don’t
•Take a toothbrush/paste and brush your teeth to stop cravings when you are comfortably full
•Remember it is a meal/ not a day or week or month.
•Get seconds at your next meal, not the same meal
