PT & Move Progress Rpt

Physical therapy is going well & I'm toning up my legs. However the back still wants to go out but when it does, duration isn't as long. A bit of rest & I'm okay again so it's a little improvement. I hope another month & I'll be fine.
All this packing & carrying heavy boxes is hard but also a good workout. If I can keep resting early each night, the stress level is more manageable.
All the painting inside & out is done & the flooring is set for next week. Two more marathon packing sessions before then. I guess I need to get rid of more stuff & we haven't tackled the garage at all, & who knows what is forgotten in the shed; hubby is in charge of that.
Feeling lots of pressure to get this all done so we can get relocated across the country & anxious about how the holidays will impact selling the house. Want to get on w/ my retirement soon! Just have to trust the process & expect that it will all be over when the time is right. Patience has never been my strong suit.
Meantime I am tracking, eating healthy & being active but maintaining weight. The effort to lose was too much on top of everything else was too much so I'm tracking but going over half the time. Not going to sweat it cuz I'll have a fitness gym in the new place w/ lots of equipment:
Elliptical, cycle, treadmill & either free weights or some type of upper body set up plus resistance bands, room for my hula hoop, music hooked up for workouts, mirrors so I can see my posture. I must stay focused on getting that. It's as important as my huge walk-in closet w/ dressing room! LOL. Okay, my health should be more important but a gal has to have some luxury!
