I was a little surprised about this weigh-in because I didn't really do anything special yesterday except I worked out. I don't know if that made a difference or not but I'm back in the 60s again. I'm not feeling super great today but I'm happy about my weigh-in.

starting to get closer to a 30 lb loss again. Hopefully I can get there this time.

lost more muscle. not surprising.

doing pretty well overall. I'm happy with the loss and am going to try to keep moving forward and not yo-yo around like I have been.
