November 11 - I am a veteran and thankful that we and active duty members are recognized and thanked for their sacrifice. I am thankful men and women continue to volunteer to serve their country. emoticon

November 13 - I am thankful for living in a wonderful small community that came together to recognize our veterans last night
November 14 - I am thankful for a lot less pain in my hip, thigh and knee. I think the shot is working.
Feeling great, feeling rested. I am sleeping better without pain. Not sure if it is the shot or medicine but it is working (I think). House is getting finished, water system is fixed so I am on a marathon laundry day. I have been only doing critical stuff to conserve water. Did my PT and 30 minutes of interval training on my stationary bike yesterday. Feeling back on track and looking forward to some WiiFit and maybe some SP functional training.
