11/14/19 - RESETTING! 😁

After my 9 lbs gain yesterday I have decided it was time to start cracking down on my weight loss. For several months I have been only really half assing my weight loss plan. It is time to get serious again. No more excuses. So last night went to bed earlier than usual and planned on getting up early to work out......Well my morning didn't quite go as planned. My alarm never went off. Turns out it got shut off some how. But when I got up I did not use the excuse that it was past a certain time or a certain show I like to watch is on. Nope I told myself to get ready and get it done and so that is exactly what I did. 🎉😀👟 Later in the day when I was getting dinner made I did my second work out! I was tired and a little sore when I was done since it has been soooooo long since I did these sets of workouts everyday. But boy do I feel great! And so proud of myself for completing day 1 of the reset. Heading to bed have an early morning since I made sure my alarm was set again. Day 2 Here I come!📢
