8 ... 8 ugh ... my body won't do it

8 cups of water
8 hours of sleep
My body won't do it.
I use a fit bit tracker to record my sleep and I regularly get seven hours of sleep, most days waking before my alarm. I can't make it do more.
I struggle with water too. Even if it is only beverage I have six is my max with very few exceptions (100 degree day working in yard all day). After six I feel bloated and full, not just stomach but hands and all feel full and uncomfortable.
I wish I could get spark streaks for what I can do.
I suppose I could count my bedtime routine which is an hour long and fudge that haha
I could lie about the water too but that's not my style.
My plan, remove the goals and move on.
Create my own goals for what I can do and track that.
