Travel For Work

Friday I had a day of out of town meetings. 10 hours of airline travel for 4 hours of meetings.
I did ok, not great. But It gave me confidence. Water, nut mix, and apples on the planes. Oatmeal for breakfast. We went out for Mexican food for lunch I had a large salad plus guacamole.
Not a perfect balance but I didn't starve. I didn't feel bad. I took the first work trip I have ever taken that I wasn't up 3lbs of water weight and bloating when I returned home.
I can do this.
