New Exercise Routine

After being absent from SP since my knee surgery and retirement, I was made (again) Motivator of the Day. Imagine my surprise. I had not logged in for years. That did the trick, though, and I am back.
Due to my age and arthritis (doctors say I need another new knee and 2 new hips), I have developed a new routine. SP has stated we should take 1-2 days off from exercise to let our bodies rest and recuperate. This is my new schedule:
Day 1: Cardio
(gosh, I wish I was that young and blond again)
Day 2: Strength training https://www.sparkpeople.com/re
Day 3: Cardio
Day 4: Rest (although I do some body weight strength like wall push-ups, bicep curls with my 3# weights, etc.)
Day 5: start repeating
It has worked out well for me.
I hope my routine will give you some ideas. I love reading about what others do.
