I've heard this several times...most quilters would have to live to 257 in order to complete what they have. That does not include what you will add to your pile. I've always thought I needed several lifetimes since I started quilting and my head is so stuffed with ideas. I really need to get the things finished that I have to mail. And the guild gift for Mon. night. Unless they cancel because of Fri. and Sat. storms. We are on the very southern part of this next one and are expecting only ice and rain. Like that's any better than 6" of snow.

I enjoyed my roast chicken and my sweet potato tonight and even the tiny cherry pie I brought home from the store. When heat them up in the microwave and put the Halo ice cream on them they are almost OK. The Halo ice cream has lots of protein and fiber.

Thank fulls
1. My brother sent me a photo of they're dining room table all set for dinner at 7:30 this morning and then I checked the road conditions...I texted back to have a nice dinner. I'm staying home.
2. Buck is not a fan of the snow...his feet get cold. He needs fleece lined boots for his tooth pick sized legs.
3. My son is out shopping and posting on FB where he is.

If it is raining and icy in the morning I'm not even going to go get my hair done. I am going to finish the present for Mon. that I did start today and try to make some of the tea towels. I so hope I don't mess up.

You sound like you had a very lovely day today, and had a nice supper.too. We joined about 300 others here in our Senior's park for a great meal at 1 PM. Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and all of the trimmings. The desserts were way more than the amount of people there. I brought 2 cherry pies and a big tub of cool whip for our item to share. I bought the pies as with this broken finger with the pin in in it, it is tough using that hand a lot. With just this new molded splint for my finger, I am feeling a lot more jabs of pain, as it no longer is secure in that big splint and bandage. Still no lifting or carrying anything with that hand either.
Tonight I did sew with it and didn't have a problem doing so, but then that is on the guiding the material through the machine hand.
I would rather have the snow, and not have to deal with rain or ice. Ice can be so dangerous. One little slpip and down you go---wondering if you broke anything. So stay warm and work on your projects and play with your animals.
