I Love these....great for a side for dinner, a quick snack. I have 1 in the morning with a Avocado smoothie for breakfast Yummy. Recipe from sweetcsdesigns.

Ham & Cheese Rolls (Keto Recipe)
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. cheddar shredded cheese
1/2 c.fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. diced ham
2 eggs
-preheat oven to 375
-combine the cheeses & egg in a bowl mix until well combined
-stir in diced ham mix until combined
-use a well greased cookie sheet or line pan with parchment paper
-divide the mixture into 6-8parts (only get 6) form into round rolls
-bake 15-20 minutes until cheese has fully melted & created a slightly brown crust
