Read an SP article on 10 min workout ideas & was inspired to get some activity in as I've been fairly lazy the past few days what w/ the yucky weather. So I turned on some music, first from cable tv then downloaded some new apps & danced thru 3 or 4 songs. Not overly strenuous cuz it's already late & I had my shoes off. Feet are going to be sore w/ just socks on the rug & no arch supports but at least I burned a few calories. Now bedtime.🐨
