1. I am weighing myself every morning!
2. Woohoo! I lost some weight (and I will not find it again!) 3.5 pounds!
3. I continue to get active every day! Yippee!
4. I have been cooking every week. Fantastic!
5. Tracking has improved ( better accuracy). Yay!
6. Portion control has improved (1 tablespoon of butter, 1 egg, I tablespoon of nut butter). Super!
7. I do not eat a pint of Ben & Jerry in one sitting. Woohoo!
