Blogmas Day 9: Can't I just blink and be at goal weight already?

I was thinking about how the time goes by slow sometimes yet at the same time, it can fly by! I just want to wake up and BAM! All my weight be gone and to be at my goal weight. Buuut....no, that's not how it works. It takes time, effort, patience, and more time. Sometimes you just need to take a break and then come back at it again with full force.

LOL. The worst is when I do a super long run and gym time. I hop on the scale expecting something dramatic (It never is). You can't out exercise a bad diet is what they always say...and it's true!

As far as the holidays go, we've decorated and now I am in full Christmas spirit! I still need to do a ton of stuff and wrap a lot of gifts, but It will work out in the end.....right???

Aunt TOM is here. It's been.....lovely....not.... emoticon

But, I always remind myself it's a good thing (no more babies please!)

still, it sucks. I feel bloated and unmotivated to do anything. The scale is not forgiving either.

But, it'll be gone soon and I'm glad for that!

    Or . . . wouldn't it be great if we could eat all the food that tasted and felt great at the moment of eating & lost weight instead of gaining weight?
