79th Weekend Fasting Cycle

I've set my target to 60 hours. That is from Fri dinner, finished eating at 8 PM and break the fast on Mon morning after 8 AM. I've heard that longer fast can cause the body to break down the muscle. I'm not worried about that as I'm gaining weight even on my fasts. So I'm out eating my fasts. I'm looking forward to next week the 80th cycle. Then the 100 is only 20 weeks away.
