It's been a busy day so far! Got a lot of gifts ordered too! I was waiting on a big sale and finally got the coupon I wanted. I saved 25% plus $40 bucks off! It was glorious! I got out for a run this morning and the trees were so pretty! They are turning to a gorgeous bright orange. I tried to get a picture but the baby was fussing so I was focused on finishing before she got too uncomfortable. Hopefully tomorrow I can get a good one!
This picture made me think about my huge issue with sneak eating. The only time I really binge is when I'm alone and/or sneaking food. When I completely use control, I'll hide food in random places too. It's weird, it's as though I think if no one sees me eating it, then the calories don't count??
Which is ridiculous! It's total denial really.
I was also reading some stuff on reddit on r/loseit. It's awesome there, definitely check it out!
I read about how eating the "best part" of a meal first can help you lose weight. I didn't even think about that! I always save the best for last!
But, think about it. Why eat the best part last? You are hungriest at the beginning. It'll taste better at the beginning! Then, when you get full, you are truly satisfied and stop eating. If you are saving it for the end, you FORCE yourself to eat everything so you can get the good stuff.
