Life's Ups & Downs

The past 2 years have been crazy. Things have been so up and down, it's been hard to be consistent with anything. Between family sickness and my own health issues, it has been touogh Unfortunately, this has put me way back with my health and fitness goals. In January, I ended up with 3 herniated discs in my neck (due to autoimmune disease). I couldn't do a thing. I was constantly in extreme pain and on 3 different meds to try and help me deal with it, which honestly didn't do much. I was going to the chiropractor 3-4 times a week, for months. I slowly improved over the year and am at a maintenance of 1x/week. I am comfortable with that now. I am able to sleep again and no longer on pain meds. I am looking to SLOWLY get back to my health goals and now back on Sparkpeople to help me do that. I have set some goals for myself to help me get back on track and going uphill.
My nutrition/health goals are:
Drink 8 cups water every day.
Eat whole foods.
Sleep 6.5 hours every night.
Log in to Sparkpeople everyday.
My fitness goals:
Strength Training 2x/week.
Cardio 2x/week.
Yoga 1x/week.
Chiropractor 1x/week.
